Ken has been in the business of advising clients on improving business performance for over 20 years: initially in customer data management and marketing communications, then online business solutions and more recently in early stage business growth.

With experience of working within large companies and start-ups, both international and local, and across a broad range of business sectors, Ken has an excellent understanding of key innovation and growth issues for businesses in any industry.  He has first-hand experience of driving successful business growth through product, process and marketing innovation.  As Commercial Director of Syzygy London, Ken was part of an international management team that took a £1 million turnover business to a €62 million flotation in three years.

In his former post as Enterprise Hub Director on the Isle of Wight, Ken worked closely with a wide range of early-stage businesses and individuals seeking to create significant business growth from innovative ideas.  Some of these businesses now have annual turnovers approaching £2 million and together have attracted well over £6 million of investment.  Now, as part of the Solent Innovation & Growth Team, Ken is looking forward to further successful collaborations with an even wider range of innovative and growth oriented businesses who will be vital to the economic success of the Solent area.
