As a professionally qualified engineer Paul has had extensive experience in growing businesses by creating new products and services within the fmcg, automotive, entertainment and MoD sectors.
Working within global brands as Black & Decker, IMI, 3M’s, Electrolux, Flymo and ACCO he has implemented new product introduction processes as well as leading the commercialisation of many successful new products. He has significant knowledge of design, engineering and manufacturing within Europe and the Far East
