South East Business Innovation & Growth provides support for companies that are innovating, whether such innovation is through business processes, models, marketing or enabling technologies.

Through Innovation Advice & Guidance the aim is to provide companies with expert knowledge and highly specialised, technical and advanced skills which they do not have themselves, enabling them to innovate and hence improve the performance of their business.

Specialist support is available either through workshops/seminars on innovation themes or in some circumstances on a one to one basis.  Such support is provided to help businesses ‘kick start’ work on specific innovation projects as part of a high growth business strategy, and to develop and exploit new products, processes, services and markets as part of a high growth business strategy.

Specific assistance is available to conduct an in-depth review of operations and processes, recommendations for implementation and developing an action plan for business change and improvement.

Innovation Advice & Guidance is targeted at businesses experiencing challenges which are holding back their potential to grow significantly and which are open to seeking innovative approaches to surmounting those barriers to growth.  Eligibility is for high growth potential SMEs.
