Following an early career in senior financial and general management roles with North American and German multinational manufacturers, where he was involved in setting up European subsidiaries, Nigel was recruited to head up the UK subsidiary group of a German/Spanish manufacturing group.

After restructuring the UK group and launching a new product range with an after sales service division, he then formed his own management consultancy company where the services involved sales/marketing/operational assignments, personal coaching/mentoring and executive recruitment. The client base ranged from SMEs to multinational corporations.

Working on a business growth project for a software developer client some eight years later, he was persuaded to join the company in a full time role. He remained there for five years, increasing the turnover by more than 160% and merged them with a creative design agency.

Nigel’s next role took him to Poland where he was Marketing Manager for the manufacturing subsidiary of a North American manufacturer which was going through a period of change. He was also responsible for all the European, African and Asian distributors.

After implementing a variety of improvements to the Polish company including re-branding the company’s image, he was appointed managing director of two UK subsidiaries within the group and improved the turnover by 31% in just over a year.
