A former Equity Partner within a firm of Chartered Accountants, Phil has worked with a variety of businesses on assignments ranging from turnaround and insolvency to equity release, funding, M&A, strategic development and delivering businesses' true potential.

Phil’s professional experience is complemented by extensive interim directorship which has been firmly tested in commercial reality. His ability to identify core strategic imperatives and identify the factors that are frustrating growth, and release these, are well recognised.
