Peter has over 20 years of experience in supporting business growth and economic development.

Peter specialises in innovation, knowledge transfer and enterprise development. For many years he has worked at the interface between the knowledge base (universities, research and technology organisations) and micro and small and medium sized enterprises.  His work  has included strategic development, implementation support, bid and partnership development, interim project management, and evaluation. He has extensive experience with initiatives that support the manufacturing and productive industries sectors, working directly with manufacturers and also on behalf of a variety of public sector organisations including central government departments, innovation centres, Business Links and Regional Development Agencies.  Peter is experienced as an adviser, facilitator, trainer and problem solver. He enjoys being part of small, high performance teams particularly when project related and part of change management initiatives.

Peter has worked as a independent consultant running his own small business since 1994.  Prior to that he was a business development manager for a technology transfer organisation.
