Megan worked for the MOD for five years in various information specialist roles. Her work included online research, news databases management for daily news alerts and research work and information storage systems.

She has worked for Oxford Innovation (OI) since 2008, starting as a Research Consultant on small projects, and is now one of two Co-ordinators for Oxfordshire Innovation & Growth.

Megan specialises in social networking, research and electronic information, having carried out analysis of social networking technology, and implemented and managed the chosen tools for OI’s “Grow Cornwall” programme. These include tools such as Twitter (micro-blogging), LinkedIn (business networking), SlideShare (sharing presentations), YouTube (sharing videos) and Flickr (sharing photos).
