This one day workshop is brought to you by the Solent Centre for Design and Innovation at Southampton Solent University and aims to give delegates confidence in Renderworks tools to give models that achieve improved lighting, textures and rendering modes within Vectorworks.  An ideal programme for those working within Architecture, Interior and Garden Design, and Set/Lighting Design, not being aimed at any design specific sector.

Aims:  Builds on knowledge from using 3D in Vectorworks (also available as one day option) - isometric and perspective “camera” views.  Delegates create presentation layouts on Sheet Layers and manage the rendering via Viewports and Sheet Layers.   The workshop demonstrates how to use rendering modes within Renderworks, ready made textures, editing them, and creating texture from an image.  The addition of backgrounds, and lighting techniques, to models will also be incorporated.

Benefits and Outcomes:  Delegates will be able to achieve greater settings than working on Design Layers alone.  Attendees will be able to use the fundamentals to apply and map Renderworks Textures to objects, and ensure the edit, to enliven a textured image.   Delegates can effectively use Renderworks backgrounds to present a finished scene, and create individual styles incorporating their texture and lighting.
