Guy brings 25 years of business management, marketing, sales and international consulting expertise to help companies across many sectors create more business value. His strength is as a business catalyst, a flexible, innovative thinker who can draw on a broad pool of experience, an international outlook and the perspective of having operated in large and small company environments to lead, to motivate and to get things done.

From foundation stones laid with Nestlé and at Gillette, Guy has held operational responsibilities for businesses with more than £130m turnover, had General Management experience leading businesses from start up to managing over 800 staff and won and managed specialist contracts from pilot scale to more than £40m. He has gained direct experience working across a wide range of diverse sectors including advanced engineering, medical devices, telecoms, IT, financial services, food, personal care, leisure, entertainment and with Government.

Having lived in South and East Asia, and with regular commercial dealings in North America, the Middle East and Asia, Guy also brings an international perspective to contribute toward building a world-class business environment in Hampshire.
